This Initial Consultation Agreement is made on appointment scheduled day between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Binod Shrestha (the “RCIC”) of White Bunny Immigration Services Inc., Mr. Shrestha is a good standing member of CICC (College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants), formerly named as Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) with membership number R709082 and is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations. The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the College) licenses and regulates Canadian immigration and citizenship consultants in the public interest.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province/Territory of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Scope of Service
Initial Consultation shall be given to the Client by the RCIC in accordance with the conditions of this Agreement.
1. If relevant to the client's inquiry, we will assess the client's materials and provide guidance on the latest
updates in Canadian immigration regulations and policies.
2. The duration for the work outlined in this agreement will be confined to the timeframe specified in the initial
consultation option selected during scheduling.
3. Maximum Engagement
This agreement includes a single initial consultation regarding the relevant issues outlined above as part of
the services provided. The RCIC is not obligated under this agreement to represent the Client in any
applications, submissions, or proceedings, nor to provide additional information or advice beyond the initial
consultation. Should the Client require further services, guidance, or representation, they must enter into a
separate retainer agreement with the RCIC following the initial consultation.
5. Client Obligation
The Client must furnish the RCIC with all necessary factual data and supporting documentation.
The Client is required to be truthful and accurate, providing the RCIC with all information—whether positive or negative—that may be relevant to the advice offered in this case. Failure to fully inform the RCIC of all material information will render the consultation and this Agreement void, potentially impacting the outcome of the Client's application or ability to maintain any achieved status. In such circumstances, the RCIC will not be held responsible or liable for any issues faced by the Client. The Client's payment for the service is non-refundable.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that all information provided during this consultation adheres to the prevailing laws and regulations governing immigration to Canada at the time of the consultation. Any subsequent changes to immigration law or policy shall render all information provided during this consultation null and void. The Client's payment for the service is non-refundable.
6. Termination
a) Upon the fulfillment of the tasks outlined in Clause 3 of this agreement, this Agreement shall be considered
terminated. Before termination, the Clients are obligated to settle any outstanding fees or obligations for
services rendered by the RCIC.
b) After the formal termination, the Client(s) absolve WHITE BUNNY IMMIGRATION SERVICES INC. and the
designated RCIC of liability should the Client(s) opt to pursue any future applications independently, or
through their representatives, lawyers, or consultants, without the awareness, consent, or participation of
the RCIC.
7. Terms of Payment and Refund Policy
a) Fees become earned by the RCIC upon the commencement of professional
advice and consultation.
b) The fees paid by the Client under this agreement are non-refundable.
c) Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled or reimbursed for their costs.
d) The professional fees will be collected in CAD and the amount doesn’t include the 13%. The tax will be
collected will the payment is made.
8. Consent and Agreement
Please be advised that when the consultation is booked by the client, it is considered that you’ve read the
